Default Swaybar adjustment - easiest way to do it at the track?

Simply just what the title says, what's easiest way to get it done?

Remove wheel and get access to it?

I typically travel with just a jack to change tires if needed and a few wrenches...

Thanks!

really need to keep a load on the wheels. so, we typically roll up on some race ramps or trailer ramps.
