Default GT3 Manual is back... don't buy any 997 GT3 anytime soon...

Did anyone on here hear? Porsche brought the manual in the GT3! May want to wait a little before buying a 997 GT3, the prices will probably dip somewhat.

I haven't seen a picture of an actual 991 GT3 manual yet, and if you try to build it on their website, there is no option for a manual. That said, R&T is quite reputable.

997 GT3 will not dip.
Another car, same name. Drive both and you know why.

It depends what you want. They are not apple to apples.

Ive owned a 991 GT3 but I like the looks, feel and sound of a 997.

i think you are dreaming .. these cars can't be compared .. drive them both back to back and you will understand .. the 997's will always be worth the money

Funny you say that. I am waiting to see if I can get an allocation for a 991.2 GT3. Then I started looking at the 997.1 GT3RS in orange and green and thought to myself...man I'd rather spend the money on that. Hope you are right and I can get my hands on a 997.1 GT3RS for a slightly more reasonable price.

We need a Zillow app for gt3 prices because perceived market value of one's car is paramount. I'll quietly put another dozen track days on my old 997 this year.

There might be something to the statement that prices on 997.3 will be impacted with 991.2gt3!
But, hopefully most guys buy the 997.3 to drive and not to make money.

I legitimately can't tell you are really good at sarcasm or letting the 997 GT forum know that we landed a man on the moon in '69?
