Default Would you give in your 997 GT3 for 991.2 GT3?

I was looking around but there isn't a thread talking about 997 GT3 vs 991.2 GT3 manual. Everyone at 991 GT3 board are talking about trading their 991.1. But would anyone sell/trade your 997 GT3 for a 991.2 GT3 manual?

I'm very tempted to do so ... manual+lwfw 4.0L 500bhp, LWB seats ... its going to be very tempting.

Yes, if I had the funds to get into one but for the time being I don't and I am more than happy to stick with my 7.1

From what I have heard of the 911R, there are still things lost from the 997 generation. Steering feel, engine, rawness and analog feel. But I wonder how much more of it will the 991.2 offer vs the 991r.

I would not trade for a 991.1 GT3 with the same miles as my 997. Manual 991.2 GT3? I would do the trade.

A lot of people will look at the steering feel, how the electric support developed from 991.1 to 991.2. Watching with interest.

Porsche would have to have hit it out of the park with the 991.2 for me to be interested. Assuming for a moment they did, I would be tempted if I got a good trade in value for my 997.2 and was getting the 991.2 for msrp and was able to order it to my spec. My 997.2 has such a special place in my heart it would have to be an amazing deal for me to let her go.
