That Pano story was a lot of fun to do. Need to think about how we want to approach the 997 RS. As to how long from issue concept to printing, it's more complicated than that. For various reasons, any given element of an issue can come together in days (rare), weeks, months, or even years (rarer). Some get started, and are never finished. Some arrive needing nothing, while others need a lot of work. Over three magazines and 20~ years, I've seen all of the above.

Not yet, and if there is one thing I am learning on our way into the tenth issue 000, it's that we don't want to shortchange stories like these by trying to do too many of them in one issue. When we do pieces on the CGT and the 997 RS, they won't be superficial and will probably run 40-70 pages. In them, there will need to be a number of elements, new research, etc. In other words, a real contribution.

As to not being a print collector, I don't blame you. I look at my collections of certain magazines, which I will keep, and sometimes realize that more than half of what I am storing is ads. It's a lot of shelf space. But the info is good. So, in a way, 000 was designed to address this.

Seeing 009 next to that tumbler with a proper drink, among all those other cool objects, puts a smile on my face. The box alone is very, very cool. Just really nice vibes...

Thanks Pete! The girlfriend loved the road trip article from the little she read. The whisky does complement the issue very well! If you are ever in the W.Mass area more than happy to share some whisky
