Default WTB 997 GT3 motor

Looking for motor with ECU. Will pay fair price. 3.6 definitely will work, maybe 3.8.

Do you need any other parts with this?

Maybe. I'm going back from a GT3 motor which was converted to a 3.8 Cup motor which I keep blowing up. The car started like as a 2007 street GT3 which was immediately converted but retained MAF, 5 lug wheels, ABS, Variocam, etc. I'm not racing it anyway so I'm willing to forfeit some HP for reliability. I have been running a triple disk Sachs clutch and LW flywheel but I fear that these have led to some overrevs (that and it looks like a prior owner flashed the ECU to eliminate the rev limiter). So maybe stock flywheel and clutch parts.

Default GT3 motor

I have been looking for a 3.6 GT3 motor and asked Bill Dougherty, my shop, to contact you. He said that he did a week or two ago but he hasn't been able to speak with you since. Did he speak with you? Do you still have the motor? Please respond by PM or email terry@lefco.net. Thanks.
