Prices all depend on the color combo, miles and history. $20K over MSRP on a low mileage example with a clean bill of health is cheap imo. They aren't making more .1RS so I don't foresee prices going the other direction ever again.

I have a 997.GT3RS.2 in Grey with the red decals. Car has 10K miles. I am the second owner, bought it CPO from a Porsche dealer with about 8K miles on it 2+ years ago. Car has front lift, but no PCCB.
I am a Porsche fanatic but have limited garage space. New car coming and need to let this car go to someone who appreciates it. Starting with RL this month in the event there is a fellow enthusiast with legitimate interest.

Thinking of parting with my 07 RS. I picked it up with about 3300 miles and now only sits at 5200 mi or so. I love the car but it literally became a garage queen when shortly after I got it I was offered a deal on a 996 GT3 that I couldn't refuse.
The 996 has almost 17k miles on it now and gets all the action.
Black/Orange. Absolutley perfect condition. Full clearbra on front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, A-pillars, lower rear quarter's and more by Sean at Ultimate Shield in Orange, CA. Recent service at Porsche dealer. Have OEM car cover, all books keys , window sticker, etc... I bought it from a Porsche dealer as a CPO which just expired a few months back.
Completely stock except FVD Brombacher front grill mesh, larger 3.5" exhaust tips cermaic coated black, and GT2 carbon buckets (bought new from Suncoast with both leather and suede cushion covers). Might sell those separately or include for right price.
Low optioned car with steel brakes, but does have nav and wart.

FYI I had my FRONT spoiler lip replaced and the mech ticked this same box on my carfax "Wing/spoiler replaced/repaired". So that may apply to the front spoiler lip too. Something to consider.
