Default Durametric issues

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyone in the walnut creek area I could test my Durametric scanner out on? I'm having issues with the reader connecting to the car, and trying to rule out if issue with the reader/cable or the car itself.

Thanks
Ed

It's most likely not a USB3 port. I had no issues before, same laptop as when I bought the reader.
