Default 997.2RS clutch is toast, what's the hot set-up?

After 62 months of ownership, 21,500 miles and, er, many track days, my factory clutch is kaput. What's the hot set-up for replacement? Car has been relegated to road duty so doesn't need to be specifically track-oriented. Could just do OEM but interested in advice. TIA.

i'm pondering the same thing now. my car has 32K miles on it and the clutch seems fine, heard of some GT3s lasting many miles, and some gone sooner like yours has.

I hear there is a setup sport clutch setup that's an upgrade, stronger pressure plate and stronger disk.

There is no hot setup, except to move to 4.0 parts. The clutch is a weak link in the GT3 - though it's probably due to the use case.

Turns out the clutch and PP are fine. Just needs throw out bearing, fork, bushings and guide tube...."clutch has lots of life left" apparently. Appreciate all the info folks.
