I removed the bottom panel of my 2008 GT3 to gain access to the transmission. I found this thing rattling around. Does anybody recognize it? Where does it go?

almost looks like the starter cap...

I thought it was a starter cap too, but I can't see any obvious way that it fits on the starter or the solenoid. Maybe it was laying on the track and somehow got flipped up onto the panel. I dunno. It's a mystery to me.

Thanks for the part number. It is a protection cap for the starter. Number 21 in this picture.
