Default GT3 from Portugal

Hello all!
My name is Pedro Maia, recently bought a new (to me) 997.1 GT3.
I bought it from germany because couldnīt find any in Portugal.

08 Gt3 MK1
20.000 Km
zero on all stages
No accident
mint condition

Done already 2000 Km with it.. Sounds and drives great!

Very happy with car!

Havenīt gone to the track, yet!! But sure it will be a blast!
The car will be weekend car (70% street 30% track)

Some pictures:

It is harder to go high speeds at open road than the turbo!

Done allignment with stock values... Get better!
I have been reading a lot about allignents (here).. But not sure what should I use!

The car came from an OPC with brand ne Pirreli PZero (n rated but not corsa).. Think that have huge influence on this car!!

Thanks for the kind welcome!!

I am using the standard allignmment.
The car is much better than before allgnment but still think is a bit nervous at high speeds. Any irregularity in the pavment influences in the driving..

What should I do?

I would like to play with allignment before movig to GT2 bar...
But if GT2 bar is the fast way to get that solid feeling at high speeds (240 - 300 K/h).. I will order!

Congrats on the new purchase. I love the simpleness, the nakedness of the 997.1 GT3 in white. It just looks so clean like a street legal cup car.

Congrats Pedro,

Beautiful GT3 !!

When You get done with the Pirelli P0's, try a set of R-rated tires meant for this car (or even the Michelin Pilot Super Sports). You will be amazed at the difference the tires make on these cars.

I'll be putting a set of 4 Dunlop Sport Maxx Race on my 997.2 GT3 soon when my current PS2's wear out.

By the way, I live in Chile but will be moving back to Portugal sometime late next year (taking my GT3 with me for sure).

Is heird for me to see the Portuguese plates with the letters PA. I was there in 2012 and I think the letters where N something.

Futhermore is a really nice car, hope you have fun everytime you drive it.
