No, I still have the black rims. The Michelin tires on the silver rims still have some tread remaining, so I figured burn up 1700 miles on them instead of letting them age out in the garage.

Love it. My mind was set on a 991 gt3, but these pics and experiences always make me waver back to search for a 997!

LOL - OMG I love it....

When you track it, maybe you'll want this helmet (Simpson Bandit), which I bought for the same reason - reminds me of a storm trooper.

Ignore my wife's dressage stuff in the background. It's the female equivalent of carcaine.

I think his model is the Simpson Diamondback. The Simpson helmets definitely have a distinctive style.
