Unfortunately, I didn't check for these threads before ordering my brake pads from RPW. I will be able to request a credit card refund no problem, but during my communications with Eddie I have been able to ascertain that he is checking his emails from West Palm Beach, Florida.
I hope this is of help to the cause and of some reassurance that he hasn't fled the country yet.

Well, please let me share my case with Racepartswarehouse.
I have ordered a total of 4 front spoilers for my 997 GT3 and received 3 of them so far. It took about two months to get them, but it was okay as long as I got them.
Now I am still waiting for the last front spoiler. As least, I want to get refunded.
The thing is, Eddie from Racepartswarehouse doesn’t respond to my calls and emails at all.
I don’t know why he is ruining his business because of a spoiler which is worth $225.
I fully paid for 997 GT3 Cup spoiler lip on March 4th but never received it :
Final price: $262 (shipping charge is included)

Same here madporsche. Since Eddie disappeared off the radar in May/June this year I have been waiting on my 2 spoilers as well. Similar money; about $500. A refund is all I am asking for right now, but am not very hopeful.
Got my Cup spoiler thru FVD. Very fast and actually cheaper than Eddie..
