Default My New Trailer

Finally took delivery of my new TPD 24' enclosed trailer today. Wow! I'm super stoked. I spent a tremendous amount of time and energy researching, designing, tweaking and musing over it. And the results are stunning.

I've got an extensive diary of the whole experience over on the Racing & DE forum. Please take a look. I'm simply trying to give back to the community, since I've been fortunate enough to learn so much from all of you.

Ahhh, it's always a work in progress, we'll have to exchange notes and do another round of upgrades after a year or so....

Thinking of containers to hold stuff in the cabinets nice and neat, plus tire dolly, fuel tanks, permanent home for my jack point stands etc. etc. Keep posting in your trailer diary as you discover ways to solve these problems!

Can't wait to see it, scheming for ways to make Button Willow work...

if you start buying stuff from mooty like lar has learned, you will be on the right path.

congrats lar, we will be sitting in AC trailer sipping premium root beer... do NOT forget my premium root beer for NCRC event, then BW event.

Very nice. What's the weight? Too much for a Cayenne to tow?

I believe it's 5800 lbs unladen. Read my early diary entries over in the Racing & DE forum for thoughts on a tow vehicle choice.

When I was chatting with the owner about my diary postings on RL, he told me he's had a surge of business from Porsche owners. Even gotten an inquiry from Ohio. Hmmm...

Naw, that surge is just Mooty ordering his next trailer(s)
