Default Mexico Blue 997.2 GT3

I was in Monterey, CA this weekend and visited the local Porsche dealer. They just took delivery of a brand new Mexico Blue GT3. The color is absolutely stunning in person. The car is for sale and I believe they are asking MSRP. The dealer posted a listing on Craigslist (Phoenix), given the Barret Jackson auctions. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/ctd/1557118104.html No affiliation, yada yada; just passing info along in case anyone is interested.

I posted up the dealers local CL add before the car arrived.

Didn't seem to generate to much interest at that point ?

the spec (for me at least) is a bit "iffy" doesn't look like they have PDEM and there is way too much leather/"piano black" BLING ...

there are a couple of other "PTS" specials floating around Ca at the moment, one at Downtown LA and the other at Pioneer in San Diego ... clearly both cars have been ordered by customers and have subsequently dropped out of the sale ... one is riv the other is mexico ...

are are also a couple of speed yellow car around too that seem to be customer orders "gone bad" ...

notice they haven't yet listed their car on their own dealer website ...

Thanks! I know ... I know ... I am just increasingly feeling like I want a 3.8L ...

but if I do ... I would want to spec my own and do euro del on it as I did with the '07 car ...

so unless Porsche start building the cars again ... I probably wont!

I doubt they will, there are so many sitting around on dealers lots right now ...

all of them (with a few exceptions) are silver, white, black or gray ...

Hell I think Cobalt it looks even better in person! My dealer had one with Ceramics and the yellow calipers made out for some awesome contrast.

Maritime Blue. Sport seats. Engine mounts. Pure lust. What are you waiting for? Well, other than the $10k market premium.

Larry's GT3 looks even cooler b/c its always blurry. he took me on a 8 minute roller coaster ride once at this crappy local track in germany. i'm pretty sure we were flying about 4 times on that lap
