The Tire Rack Introduces the OZ Alleggerita
As the exclusive US importer for OZ Italy, The Tire Rack is proud to introduce the OZ Alleggerita. Anxiously awaited, this wheel fills many of the performance street and race application voids previously found without spending twice the money. These are low pressure cast and heat treated for strength and carry OZ's reputation for excellence even further. Many sizes are in stock, with Porsche-specific sizing arriving soon. Actual weights are yet to be given to us by OZ in Porsche sizing, but were targeted to be approx. 10% less than the Ultraleggera HLT wheel, and MUCH lighter than OE wheels. Real Carbon Fiber center caps will come with all wheels. Priced in the $4-500 range, these wheels will rival in weight forged wheels over twice the price. Presently available for Porsche in the 18 x 8 - 12" range at this time. With many colors to choose from, expect inventory arriving in early spring. As always, more information will be provided as it arrives.

Get your pre-orders in early! We will not bill you until they arrive and ship. We also carry the full range of Michelin, Kumho, and Hoosier race tires to add to the wheels at no charge for mount and balance. Full heat cycling service also available.

If there is anything I can answer in the meantime please contact me. And, as with any product we carry, please contact me direct to order or use the banner button.

Damon,

These are great news, I was actually following up on these wheels, as a few folks in UK have been talking about them being light and affordable.

I hope they make offsets for the GT3 RS, which can be shared with the 997 GT2, 997 Turbo and 997 Carrera 4.

Did they not have the 9in fronts when you ordered or did you just want to stick with the 8.5in?

I talked with Damon yesterday I do not think the 9" front is the correct offset.

I see. A 18x9 ET 43 would work for our cars (6-3), figured it would for yours.

Really good news Damon.... get those weights for us finicky GT3'ers. I've had a couple of people ask me today about those.
