But a nice classic look... no doubt.
Not sure about that..the light Forgelines I just bought in 8.5x19 and 12x19 are 22.2 lbs & 23.2 lbs respectively, for a total of 90.8 lbs so about 3 lbs lighter than Edgy's setup. With the PCCBs, very low unsprung weight makes the car handle beautifully and be very responsive - the B16s, TPC DSC, and RSS stuff doesn't hurt either. Anything much lighter might compromise wheel strength for regular street use (potholes, etc)

By comparison, the PO of my car had Chromed RUF wheels on it - I know, chromed. Fronts weighted 52.0 lbs with tires mounted vs. my current 44.6 lbs and rears weighed 65.3 lbs vs my current 54.15 lbs, so I removed 37.1 lbs of unsprung weight.

How she sits currently:

She's looking good on the unsprung weight diet. Every little bit helps

Here's a couple shots of the Otto Fuchs wheels, from the Motherland.

With a favorable dollar to Euro exchange rate you can even just go directly to Otto Fuchs for the real deal, and save some money.

Highly recommend the real Fuchs rims. Shaved an extra 5 pounds off my XRR Carrera Sports in back--each side. Also, Fuchs does an incredible job with their aluminum anodization.

Dan, your pictures have pretty much sold me on getting a set of black Otto Fuchs wheels for my car (along with the aero bits)!

Update:

I love driving this car.

A few hundred miles ago I paid my mechanic (well renowned Audi/Porsche specialist) to replace a leaking front CV boot.

Also, I was digging through maintenance records to see if it had a low-temp T-stat installed or the AOS replaced (no to both), and found out that my car does NOT have Bilsteins...

Nope, it has TechArt VarioPlus coilovers. They were $7400 new..
Wow..

Very interested in chatting with you about the potential sale! Made an account after I saw this, but don't think I can send you a PM due to the length of active account.
