for comparison but you have the CPO wich is huge IMO... now this is a dealer and dealers usually can get more and not sure how flexible they are on price etc..
Then there is this, older c4s but those seats!

Thank you all for talking me outta selling my C4S. I had the crazy thought of trading it in for 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS, many of which are currently advertised at a fraction of the original 150k + msrp with minimal mileage. Think I'll stick with my wife's S550 and BMW X3 as family haulers for the time being and look for a used Panamera S in 2018 when the CPO on my C4S is near expiring.

I wouldn't pay more than high 40's for a 997.2 CS/C4S
Considering 997 Turbo's and 991 Carreras can be had for 60k I don't see the 997 as a strong buy in the 60k range anymore.

Carmax is your friend on this kindof question. It will be lower than a private sale but will definitely get you in the ballpark. Also consider how sales tax work in your state. Some states give you a credit for the value of your car if you are trading it in on a new sale. Figure out the entire package, not just one part of it.

see now this is a perfectly optioned car... just saying..

I can see it 997.2 4s going for 60k with under 30k Miles in the mid to high 50k under 40k miles.

Based upon the alternative you were considering, I'd say you've made a great decision though. There is probably a reason you can get those at a small fraction of the original MSRP with low miles... and you might get caught up in that downward plunge. The value of your C4S is much more stable.

High 40s will get you a high mileage, accident ridden, multiple owner 997.2. Some people don't care about condition of a vehicle which is fine.
To the OP, as others have said ask $68k. I personally wouldn't take less than $65k for it if I was selling.

Then you absolutely are never going to buy a nice, low mileage 997.2 CS/C4S.

You can list it at $75K if you want but at $65K, you are not going to get much interest. You can buy low mileage, no accident, one owner 997.1 TT for that money. Being around Porsche forums for the last two decades, I've noticed used Porsche buyers are much more picky and informed than your average new Porsche buyer. Not saying it can't sell in the mid 60's, there might be that one buyer that finds his car to be the perfect fit and will pay a little extra for it. But at 36K miles it isn't exactly low miles and black on black is about as common as you can get. Not trying to rain on OP's parade, just being realistic.
