Default Sound clip of SW X Pipe/FISTER Mufflers

I can't tell you the thrill when I started the car for the first time after the mods:

Sounds great. Is that not a 4S? It looks so wide.

Yep. Awesome. I have the same exhaust (and spacers, ha...) on my C4S. LOVE that cold start sound!

Don't want to rain on your parade but I've done similar (BB X-pipes, 2" GUNDO hack) and the true sound is not on startup but when the engine warms up. Having said that, it does get SWEEEEET above 3,000 RPM's.

Basically all our cars (even stock) sound pretty good on startup but that's because of the rich fuel/air mixture the engine management dials in. Once the engine starts to warm up, it leans out the mixture to "normal" and as such that initially wonderful sound starts to diminish.

All in all, enjoy it because life is just too short to not to!

Sounds great. The garage walls might be amplifying the sound a bit too, but it sounds nice and deep. Also, be careful about revving a cold engine like that, especially when it's cold out, which it looks like it was since we could see the exhaust after a few seconds.
