Thanks.

I used Champion on my 993TT years ago. Despite it being an older car they were excellent, acting as my eyes and ears on the car.

Two of my high-school buddies are techs at Champion Porsche. PM me if you want me to ask them if they can do a PPI for you. Both of them have been working on cars for 20+ years.

I bought a 997S from Miami in August, and the only place I could find was the race shop at Champion. Every place I called said they stopped doing them because of litigation fears - damned Lawyers!

I had no issues with Champion. The car's condition seems to reflect their report.

Yes I know them well. They have one of the cleanest workshop areas, good knowledgeable staff, and one of the most amazing collections of Porsche cars for sale I can think of. They constantly have different cars from original 356 to current 991's and actual historic race cars on the showroom floor.

Do Champion do water cooled servicing? Planning on moving down there and want to find a good Indy. Have been at Speedsport tuning in CT and they have been amazing.

Champion Motorsports did the PPI on the '12 GTS I purchased in early May. You can't go wrong with them. That said, I am using nearby KA Motorsport to put my .2 C2S back to stock and prepare the GTS for HPDEs and have been very happy with them as well.

Yes, they are the "big dogs" in South FL. Not just older cars, but they work on/tune the latest cars.

Few things are outside of their skill set. They tend to get things right, the 1st time.

MB 911 - sorry for an **** question: clean workshop and good/knowledgable means these guys are top notch mechanics? - as good as the Champion ones most others here mention (which seem to be in Pompano and not Miami..??)

thanks!
