Any progress on the lug nut front? Ideally I'd like closed end but extra deep. I can provide inside depth specs of that's a possibility.
I am slowly adding lug nuts. I have 12 X 1.50, 12 X 1.25 and 1/2 X 20 lug nuts available in open and closed ended styles available now.

Don't all the Porsches need M14x1.5? What'S the inside depth of the closed end versions? Any pics? Are you planning to add a security keyed version at any point?

I will never have a security lock version available. As a shop owner and having to work on customers cars, we despise locks. Almost half the cars that come in with wheel locks don't have a key in the car and the customer does not know where that key is. This turns into a nightmare for the shop.
I do not know the depth of a 14 X 1.50 closed lug nut because I have not designed one yet. As soon as I do I will add it to our website and I will make sure that the information regarding how deep it is will be listed.
Beautiful work. If you retain one regular OEM security bolt on the wheel would it throw off the wheel balance? I would think it would be very little of an impact being so close to the center of the wheel.
Keyed stock steel bolt - 102 grams. I have a second different keyed bolt that I will weigh soon and I expect it to weigh less because the diameter of the key is smaller
High speed balance the wheels on the car and the weight difference won't matter. Put the locking one in the hole by the valve stem and then if you have to remove the wheel you'll be able to get them back on the same way. Or mark the tire and the hub with when you pull one off.
I just installed a set of World's titanium bolts today and I'm quite pleased. I opted for the longer set on both front and rear to handle the change I've made in spacer thickness. I needed to pull my wheels back in to flush with narrower spacers now that I have wider tires front and rear. The OEM bolts were too short and the longer ones I had with the thicker spacers were now too long. I finally had a great excuse to splurge on some top-of-the-line titanium lug bolts!
These have great workmanship and you can easily feel the lightness in your hand as compared to steel lugs. I looking forward to having them look great for a long time to come and I don't have to worry if they are strong enough to handle my autocrossing loads.
