Btw, how long did your last PSS last? Thx
I don't have access to my records now, but I think I got about 35K mikes on the fronts and 25K miles on the first set of rears. The second set of rears had about a 10K mikes on them when I put the A/S tires on my wheels. ordered new front tires and Discount Tire kept the rear tires while my new wheels were being being made. They lost the rear tires which had about 7/32 tread remaining on them, so I got new rear tires courtesy of Discount Tire.

Did you use the hubcentric rings?
I thought you would "stop by" this thread!

Yes, they did use the rings when they mounted the wheels on my car.

By the way, for others that are interested, Forgestar will custom machine the offset to your own specifications, no charge. So if you want factory offsets to fit your snow chains, no problem. Also, different finishes are available.
Looks like we are triplets!

Gota911,

I'm a bit late to this thread, just got a 911. Those Forgestar's look great. How do the 19's ride?

The ridewith the 19s is good. The 997.2 S comes standard with 19" wheels so there was no change in wheel diameter when I got the Forgestar wheels.

So your car is NB. Do you have spacers at all? I have a WB car looking at wheels with the exact same offsets and wondering if i'll need spacers in the rear.
Great looking set of wheels both color and radius pattern. Nice work.

Yes, my car is a NB.

No, I don't have spacers. The Forgestar wheels were custom ordered. I didn't want quite that aggressive if an offset on either the front or the rears.

However, considering the concave design of the wheels, a less aggressive front offset would NOT have cleared the brake caliper. Trust me on this, the fronts barely clear the calipers.

For the rear wheels, there is a lot more room to play with. Since you have a WB car, you could drop down another 10 to 12mm on the offset (versus my rear wheel offset) and you would be flush with the rear fender.

I appreciate the compliment on the wheels. Thank you!

Aside from being a good looking design, these look great with Meteor grey.

You will definitely need spacers. Ideal size would be 19x11 +40

He would need spacers only if he orders the same offset I have.

If he orders a set he could get 11" or even 12" wide wheels and have them made with the offset he wants. I never understood the all too common practice of custom ordering wheels and then adding spacers, when you can specify the offset you want and not have to use spacers.

Forgestar CF10 rear wheel specs from their web site:

DEEP CONCAVE 19"
19x9.5 offsets from +2 to +42
19x10 offsets from +8 to +48
19x11 offsets from +21 to +61
19x12 offsets from +34 to +74
