Well, I've been watching this thread, but rather than guessing what she was driving you nuts about, what actually was she driving you nuts about?

Were you driving too fast? Did you get bummed that she backed the car into a sign post? Did she borrow the car and park it next to the shopping cart rack at the costco on a Saturday afternoon?

Depends on the state. 50% of all assets acquired WHILE married. If you had it before you were married, and can document) its all yours.

Value all assets obtained/earned/acquired since marriage, and 50% of that value is hers, and 50% his. Separate matter is who gets what. The car can be part of your 50%.
