Default :: ECS Tuning :: Black Billet Aluminum Oil Filter Cap | Dress Up Your Engine Bay

Dress up your engine bay with a durable, attractive ECS billet aluminum oil filter cap. Engineered to prevent the problems that come with plastic caps, this direct-fit replacement is an ECS exclusive.

An integrated 19mm hex-head eliminates the need for special removal tools, making fluid changes a simple task. The strength of aluminum will prevent cracks and mangled threads common on the stock unit. And the appearance of anodized aluminum is more befitting a Porsche engine than molded plastic.

I don't see why not, as long as you take the necessary steps to prep it.

Perhaps an application of dura-coat would work to resist the effects of engine heat.

Unfortunately we do not at this time. The only way it might happen is if you could get a group together of 50 or more, that all wanted it anodized red, then we could make that happen.
