I would say either carrera, or carrera aerokit. Edit, perhaps aerokit is same as GT3?

The spoiler on the Porsche in your profile pic is the Aero-kit correct?

If I had to have a spoiler, I would go with the turbo spoiler if it would fit the base Carrera without being out of proportion.

I'm with Cairo. I'm not a big fan of the wing in general, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with the turbo version. That GT3 aerokit wing looks almost comical to my eye - the way it zig-zags around. It looks like a 6th grader underlining her name on a textbook. Not my proverbial "cup of tea." The ducktail, on the other hand, is kind of cool and retro. I'd see if I could make that happen.

Side note: You've got a Ferrari, a Lamborghini and a base Carrera? Those Italian macho-men will BLOW your P-car away! Will you ever drive it? Hmmm... maybe you've got the Carrera for your everyday car... and you'll unleash the dragons on the weekends. Rock on...

Go duck tail... nostalgic and sets you apart from all the boy racers types.

Turbo spoiler can be easily done- buy a used turbo decklid- change your Cold Air Intake to an EVO one so there is room for the motor of the turbo spoiler & plug and play- you will just need to get a $80 wiring harness to make the 3rd brake light work

Years ago I had normal 911s without any sort of spoilers. I considered spoilers sort of over kill--until I bought a car with one. (The spoiler was one of the early non-intercooled turbo one made of fiberglass and ringed with black rubber). Initially I thought it was the 'boy racer' look until I was driving over 150 mph--and discovered how critically important a spoiler is over 120. I was very pleased when Porsche developed dynamic spoilers that essentially hid during 90% of your driving (and when it's sitting still) but would come up when it was truly needed.

The aerokit spoiler for the 997 and 997S was optimized for both the narrow and wide body cars. The turbo tail designed for the wide body cars. To integrate a turbo tail onto a non-turbo decklid is a significant amount of work. A LOT of work. To do it right can be difficult because you have to do all the engineering for it. In fact, you have to do all the work, to include the dynamic wind-tunnel work as well--if you want to do it correctly. Personally, I leave that complex engineering to the guys who do it far better than I--Porsche AG. Did you know that the dynamic tails on the 997 and 997S goes up higher on the cabriolet models? (Compensating for the drag and shape of the canvas top vice the smoother coupe shape and material). That gives you a minor idea of the amount of engineering effort Porsche has put into these things.

wow! the guy isn't going to race at lemans-wind tunnel testing? Turbo wing fits with few mods- decklid change-harness for 3rd brake light-new cold air intake- & if you want to be precise u can move the fan over less than half an inch with a bracket-

I agree with Dan, except there is another company which spends time and effort developing and qualifying the aero kits and wings. I am talking about Techart. I am particularly partial to their type 1 small rear wing for 997 C and CS.
