Default Wheel Spacers Installed

I installed a set of H&R Wheel Spacers (7mm in Front, 15mm in Rear) on the Weekend, made a big difference on the appearance of the car. I thought that the wheels looked like they didn't sit right (after it was lowered), now I think the wheels are positioned nicely. Sorry about the dirty car, I washed it after this project was done.

Looks good Ed. Where did you get the spacers?

I bought them local, but damon@tirerack.com was very helpful and will give a great price for those people in the USA.

It is amazing how this simple mod makes the car look more aggressive, now I just need to avoid the curbs!

Looks great - did you get longer lug bolts too?

Yes, I bought two different lengths for the front and rear. The one on the left is a stock bolt, middle is for the front, and right is rear

It might be chalked up to being 50+, but I always have trouble seeing a difference - even with before & after pictures. I definitely can't tell with a standalone view. I've never seen a similar observation so I may be the only one.

I have not had enough time behind the wheel to tell if it has changed, but no rubbing so far.

The front is not as big a change, but the rear is significant. Look closely

I like the look...but what about mud and debris? The spacers bring the tires out past the well.

The top is the wheel is flush with the fender, the tire was out past the fender/bumper at some point, I just brought it out a little more.

Besides if it is dirty, it gives me an excuse to wash it.
