Does anyone know of a 6TT roller?

I know a guy who just bought a beaten 996TT with a grenaded engine. It needs everything replaced. Engine. Tranny. Suspension. Basically everything that's not an interior or body part.
Is that what you mean by a roller?

I went to Google "Definition of roller" and found that Merriam-Webster is not up-to-date with car lingo, apparently. Don't look at the "Urban Dictionary" definition
I've heard the term in reference to kit cars, that it's basically everything but the engine, ready to go, and all you need to do is install an engine.
So, I think the term is vague and might be good to avoid.

Copart, Iaai, probably what you need, most will be salvage, , and pretty much all the crashed ones will probably have a salvage title. Light hits salvage these cars easily. Expect to spend 15k or more for a front hit and add all the fees and shipping may add 2k. Finding a clean title wreck will certainly be a unicorn, and higher mileage / rough one a craigslist search

I know about copart and iaai. Iaai actually has some im interested in but, they've been TBD for sale dates. I posted this for a personal sale. As in a person or a friend of a friend that has one they haven't made headway on. I think we've beaten the horse to death on the term of roller at this point. I'd like to get back on track of the thread. I appreciate everyone's input.

Let me know if the person to person has 2 of these unicorns, I would like one as well, make mine red. Click your heels 3 times and say there's no place like home as well. You have a better chance of hitting th lottery than finding this "roller" on this forum. Most people have full coverage on these cars , so copart or iaai are your best bet, these are where the rollers go.

Liability coverage is the law, not comprehensive and collision. Since most people who own these cars have Full coverage when the car becomes a "roller" and total loss it goes to the insurance company. That's where copart and iaai comes into play.

And you have the option to buy it back then find out you don't have time or money anymore to repair. That's where person to person comes in or as your definition, "unicorn."

Guaranteed every body guy, insurace adjuster, shop owner and their car buddies are all over one of these when they come in stacked.
I've bought every totaled car back from the insurance company and parted it out or rebuilt myself.
Would be easier to just get a running but neglected one if you can find that.
