Any wheel spacers? I'm thinking about mounting 315 on my stock rims. I currently have 17mm spacers. Currently with the spacers, the tires flushed nicely to the wheel wells.

I am using 295/30/19 at the rear

rolling is a big project for me at this stage and i will see if polishing the spot helps (i got a run flat tire a week ago and the flattened tire rubbed and left a melted patch of rubber at the fender, the other side is much better)
thx

315s on stock wheels works fine and you can run a smaller 5-7mm spacer too.

agree, 7x15 spacers is a time honored combo on stock twists..

fung.. give some thought to 18's if you can't eliminate the rub? ( btw fender rolling isnt a big deal, it just sounds like it..) and check to ensure your suspension isn't sagging too. that can contribute to rubbing.

Where is it rubbing? if it's on the inside, rolling won't help.
I have 295/30/19 Toyo proxy's on the back and they rub on the inside when I hit a bump. I should say smack! not rub. Terrible sound.
Car is very low and has spacers and 997TT rims.

no spacers, just a proper fitting rear wheel. 18x12, I forget the offset. 30ish maybe?

I take combination of 17mm spacers and 315 is a little too accessive for the rear? Or it still maintained what I currently have. Tires still 4-6mm clear behind the wheel well fenders.

yes, wider by an inch lol. the look of 12's is achieved with an 11 by using a 15mm spacer on the rear at least as relates where it "sits" in the wheel well. the spacer obviously won't make the wheel wider, but i will make the stance of the car wider.

Hahaa..Was just curious if 12's would stick out pass the wheel fender with 17mm. If not I might go with 12s.

12 is optimal. see the gt2 an 11 w spacers is a poor man's 12 lol

i dont *think* the 17mm spacer would be excessive but it is definitely pushing it.. i only know the 15mm on the rear with rolled fenders is a *perfect* stance on a lowered tt with stock twists.

Im thinking of getting myself a set of E88's in GT2 size but have been thinking twice about it because of possible rub. Rolling fenders may not be a big deal but I'd like to keep the car untouched.

I'm thinking of going E88's + Öhlins R&T!

while rolling fenders helps minimize rubbing, it doesn't eliminate it by any means. It mostly depends on how and where most of your driving occurs. There's an awful lot of compression to the rear, bouncing around up and down mountains and corners. Mine have eaten through the fender liners more than once, though gt2 liners give a little more room to move.

For pure street driving though, the few mm's of add'l clearance is *usually* enough.
