Default Who can align my 996tt in southern New England?

My TT is ready for tires and alignment. I've aligned it myself a few times on my old school alignment rack, But the time required to set it up and do it is just not a reality for me now, plus it's physically demanding work that I'm getting a bit old for. I'm looking for a shop that can offer the following:

Expeirience with Porsche 4 wheel alignment
Not be freaked out that the car is lowered
Allow me to watch, I do all my own work on my cars with very few exceptions, I want to see what they're doing. I get how this is a sensitive issue, I'll be the guy they won't regret allowing to be present.

Cost is less of a concern than it being done properly. A lot of shops charge a flat rate for an alignment...this is fine unless they have to rush to get through it. I'd rather pay by the hour and have the guy align it like its his bosses car or his own car.

Finally, No dealerships. I'm assuming no explanation is needed here.

My area is CT RI MASS, I don't mind driving a couple hours to find the right shop.

Where in New England are you located? I use to drive my toys from the Berkshires to EPE in Natick, MA for alignments and corner balancing. There are a few shops in CT (ex. Automobile Associates in Canton) that I would trust to align a 996TT. You can forget about Rhode island...

Im in SE conn. near Foxwoods Casino. I know I'm going to have to drive to get it done...I'm ready to make a day of it. I've used KTR Motorsports up in Ayer MA for other projects so I don't mind driving 2 hours for the right shop. Natick is like and hour and a half.

Your car looks like mine, the way it's lowered. If you want to come to westchester, little bear in montrose is the best or you can go to proformance in new Rochelle.

There's also Musante Motorsports in South Windsor who specialize in Porsches, including track and DE setup.

I know it's an old thread, but there is an old school alignment shop that used to do hot rods, SCCA racers and custom cars. He knows his stuff and can disregard factory specs and make your car handle like you want it to. He's constantly about a week out and will do your car by appt only. Super job, an hour while you wait, 4 wheel on my 2" lowered TT with rear adjustable dog bones that I made, $59.99. Perfect! and tested at up to 167 indicated.

Doh, I completely missed the accidental bump of this old thread!
