agree that blk one on 6spd probably ticked a lot of checkboxes for you, based upon your wishlist.
btw that and that gray 33k mile car, you can see how quickly they sell when priced "fairly". he who hesitates is lost lol.
you'll find yours though.. its half the fun...

Regardless, patience will pay off. Additionally, I still have my Viper (which I'm trying to sell) so that I can free up a bay in my garage for the future Porsche.
I still have a few cars lined up (copy & paste after "LINK")
Car 1: LINKhttps://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/689098899/overview/ - Good clean car. Not many mods vs the others (turbos, clutch, coolant lines pinned, etc.)
Car 2: LINKhttps://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/680641252/overview/ - Clean car and local. Just no mods (likely tune only)
Car 3: LINKhttps://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/689828899/overview/ - Looks to be a good priced car, but little to no information and no pictures of the actual car
Car 4: Not actually for sale publicly, but it is a 44k miles silver car with mods similar to that gray 33k mile one. He's asking $52K

i'm not following the market so much as i am your search so i thought the grey one went fast.
i think it's generally easier to find these on the w/c, don't know your geography, but LA always has a few being offered. ive had a stock one and a mildly modded one and i think you're making the right choice to let someone else take the $ hit on mod money. there's always things you'll want to have done on your own, so a good "mid level" mod platform is wise and far more cost effective for a genuine "driver".
shipping shouldn't be more than 1.5k? with intercities or whomever..

That gray car actually sat on the market for quite some time. Reason I didn't jump on it was because of price and then needing to figure out logistics of shipping costs, if I wanted to fly out there to see the car, etc. That's the only problem with the cars I'm finding, they are all on the East Coast haha.

To fly, hotel, rental car, transport and deal with the process, I'd have to be getting a great deal.
Have you noticed any of the E coast cars having much worse looking engine/underside? I was considering one back there too(had mods i wanted), then came across one that was 150 mi away and way cleaner but more $. The top of these engine photos that everyone shows all look alike, bottom and suspension pics can vary widely from what I've seen.
