I think the price is too high but not by much if the mods tickle what you're looking for
The price is not bad at all. A nice stock one can go for that price, and the mods have some value. For someone who wants this car because it's just what they want, the price is fair. Spring is around the corner and someone could have what they want sitting in their garage.

I've been lazy and not really pushing the car for sale, but I did send you the link prior and you said you weren't interested, but I figure since it's EXACTLY what you posted you're looking for (black/black) I would put it here again.

You said you didn't care for the stickers and the wing. It WILL NOT BE SOLD with the cup wing, but rather a gt2 carbon/kevlar FVD Brombacher decklid. I also took the stickers off the 1/4 windows. Again, I'm not really pushing the car, as I haven't took some better pics, but here it is again. Let me know.

Selling my car:
$57,500

2003 Porsche 911 Turbo Black/Black 6 speed 55k miles
$ 57,500

3-owner car, locally bought (from neighbor) originally purchased at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach, FL. Highly Optioned car to include: tufted leather seats, crest in headrests, carbon fiber interior, suede headliner, RED seatbelts. Over $25-30k in recent receipts. All records on hand in binder.

Recent Maintenance:
1. Sachs 2.5 clutch with OEM flywheel (764 PP and sprung 098 disc)
2. GT1 Coolant fittings welded
3. Torque Solutions Engine mounts
4. Torque Solutions Trans mounts inserted into OEM housing
5. OEM gt2 slave cylinder conversion using all OEM parts (new line, slave, clutch master cylinder and gt2 spring assist- transmission drilled/tapped for OEM appearance/function) – Even used a new OEM GT2 power steering reservoir to maintain appearance and to not have used plugged lines
6. CSF Aluminum Radiators (3) installed with almost every coolant hose replaced with OEM with all new o-rings and clips. All worm clamps replaced where available
7. New OEM fuel pump
8. New OEM water pump
9. New Thermostat
10. New OEM drive belt
11. Rebuilt front CV joints/axles
12. New OEM passenger window regulator
13. New 18% Suntek tint all around with lifetime warranty
14. New Weather Tech all weather floor mats
15. New OEM spark plugs
16. 997 coil packs
17. Shift Detent installed in transmission to prevent any possible 2nd gear pop out issues (never experienced; installed as precaution)
18. New battery installed last year
19. Alternator/starter replaced
20. New cam angle sensor
21. New OEM fuel filter
When engine was removed for coolant line welding, every piece of rubber that was visible was replaced. All new o-rings and gaskets were replaced on the upper portion of the motor. Oil changed with Mobil 1 every 5k miles. Trans and diff fluid replaced with Royal Purple every 15k miles. OEM coolant flushed 2x in past year.
Modifications Include:
1. Polyurethane gt2 front bumper with carbon/Kevlar functional center ductwork
2. FVD brombacher carbon/kevlar gt2 decklid- or- Getty Design turbo Cup decklid with 63” cup wing
3. Forgeline zx3r 18x9 and 18x12 wheels, BRAND NEW with Falken Azenis rtk-615 235/40/18 and 315/30/18 – (stock hollow spoke wheels with new tires also available)
4. Numeric Racing Shifter
5. D2 Coilovers with pillow ball upper mounts with front camber plates
6. Adjustable drop links
7. EB Werks 3” x-pipe exhaust- no cats; v-bands on cat delete pipes to swap if desired
8. All lights converted to LED bulbs interior/exterior
9. Carbon fiber interior- center console, upper dash trim, door panels, shift ****
10. GT3rs shift **** also available
11. K&N air filter
12. COBB Accessport (STOCK tune, used as a gauge only)- custom mount for windshield display
13. Lightly ported OEM exhaust manifolds
14. Autometer boost gauge mounted on steering column
15. Radar detector built into rear view mirror display
16. 2nd Escort Passport hardwired with concealed display mounted in center dash stack
17. Pioneer AVIC in-dash DVD/Nav system with JL Audio amp under false floor in front trunk and upgraded crossovers
18. Built in battery maintainer to plug car in when not in use from front trunk area
19. 4.5” Bell Intercoolers- not installed
20. Rennline Pedals- not installed
21. Original Porsche Carrera GT key as well as 2 additional keys. Original owner’s manual and all booklets included.

I have almost every record for all parts purchased for this car. This car is impeccably maintained by myself. Prototech in Oakland Park, FL did the clutch service and coolant line welding due to the motor having to be removed and me not having the space/time to do the work myself. I just drove the car 3,000 miles in a week from Florida to Connecticut and back and the car runs/drives like a brand new car. It’s fanatically maintained. Car is coated in Cquartz UK and poly-tech wax on top of the paint sealant. 3 keys included with manual and original stamp from purchase. One key is a Carrera GT key. Car needs nothing and is one of the most impeccably maintained turbo Porsche hands down.

Now the car is also a 13 year old car. It does contain light scuffs here and there that are not detrimental but should be noted. The carbon interior and steering wheel has very light surface cracks that I have not yet got to repair. They are easily repairable. The remaining black interior trim has some slight scuffs from being that typical rubbery crap coating. The only issue the car has is the prior owner’s kids thought the car would look cool with a lime green stripe on the bottom so the prior owner did just that. It’s been painted over back to OEM, but the rockers aren’t the best job and it should be redone, it just doesn’t bother me all that much.
Come look at the car and leave with it. It’s an honest, excellent example of a well-maintained Porsche turbo. Only driven leisurely and never tracked. I could never afford to take that chance. I spent all my money maintain and modifying this car to be 110% reliable and solid. More pics to follow.

That one just sold for $47k on the stock wheels. I just spoke to the previous owner.

That's going to be a good baseline for me. $47k basically gets you a low mileage full bolt on car (minus brakes).

Appreciate the follow-up but I'm not interested. Good luck with the sale!

I'd look for one either near stock or only lightly modded. Some of the cars listed are a little over the top with mods, IMO. Lots mods=hi hp=hi stress on parts=more wear and tear=more $$ down the line.

Agreed, unless you plan on doing mods then getting one with the basics done with def save you some $$$ as these cars are very expensive to maintain/mod.

I would 100% try and get one with the coolant fittings done as well as a clutch as you won't have to worry about doing it for a long time, if ever under your ownership. Also, maintenance is PARAMOUNT. I have documented over 10k in maintenance alone done by me within the past year. Don't look for a good deal as owning a P car will cost you $$$ real quick.

from your "parts list" and the things youve done, it appears to be a thoughtfully ( if not mildly ) modded car. most all of those parts should render someone headache free for some time.

accessport without a tune? first i've heard of that! GLWS

i'd sure check out that 33k mile slate car jferrante linked. not black, but looks very clean.

edit.. too late! SOLD.

Yea, that one was on my bookmarked list for quite a while. When I went to text him, he let me know it sold this weekend (just my luck hu?). Sold it for $47K on the stock wheels.

Like I said, that will be my model car to base pricing around. $47K can get you basically a fully bolt low mileage car.

This one came up on 6speed today though: Black on black 2001 http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/a...41k-miles.html

I know. I don't really care for canned tunes and I believe the ones that come with the AP aren't the best. I as well as others had previously seen knock sums with these tunes, and while a few knock sums are fine, I err on the side of caution and would rather be OEM tune and just use the display for all my gauges (EGT, volts, temp, o2).

There's plenty of cars running off the shelf AP tunes, but I have my own sentiments. If you're interested, PM me.

And yes, my car was put together to run a longgggg time trouble free. Almost everything is new and with just a few bolt ons it's fast enough and very reliable.

40k would've bought the same car not too long ago too. There still out there, but nice cars demand a premium and the market is up from 12-18 months ago for sure. Good luck. Don't wait too long. I'm too impulsive for that.

47 was very fair. i would've been all over that 33k mile car myself.

the black one looks also well thought out. only time i've ever appreciated the orange oem side markers lol..

though i wouldnt take an 01 or 02 MY unless i was certain the transmission had been opened and the propensity for 2nd gear popout proactively addressed.

i'd say keep looking. you know what you want, and you'll find it. GL.

This car could be a good starting point for you:
https://cantrellmotorsport.com/portf...porsche-996tt/

Lots of nice upgrades already done and black on black.

Thanks for the lead. I'll keep this bookmarked, but I have some other options with lower mileage/more mods I'd do for the same price.
