a guy in michigan? or somewhere had a home machine shop, and i found his info on one of these forums. he actually made me two of them as i had one placed too far left of center so as to have as little of the front plate centered as was possible, and it flew off at speed! he made me a more reinforced version with metal backing instead of the original plastic design/version i first got.

i tried finding his contact info awhile back and couldn't, but i'll dig around again in an old mailbox.. if i can find it again, i'll post it. wasn't more than 50 bucks +/-. still have the second one now for years. it's the best solution. there are a few around on the net, if you search too.
