Mystery solved.
Today I changed the spark plugs. Took me 3 hours to do the right side, 1 hour to do the left. Didnt need to remove anything. Just the heat shields, coils and plugs. That right side middle is the worst.
The plugs were rusty at their base and white at the tip of the electrodes. The engine ran so much smoother.
Next brake hoses!!
