We need more details. Did these codes show up right after installation? If yes,I'd go with improper installation...

Thanks for the reply,

Ive just had k16 /26 turbos 650 cc injectors, an extra fuel pump and a europipe fitted. I can't be sure if these codes are on the lambda or on the engine banks?

The didn't show up at first but after about 250 miles once everything had been fitted.

My other question is, can the car still be driven normally

Do you have a tune? I'm assuming you must, otherwise why put larger turbos and injectors if the DME doesn't know they're there...
So I'm assuming the O2 sensors codes are thrown because of the tune or improper installation. Otherwise,I don't see why you'd have a heater code. That's the circuit that warms up the O2s...

You can drive the car but I'd have them checked ASAP.

Yes its tuned, I drove the car for 250 miles after the installation before the codes popped up. The europipe I had before I had with a previous tune on standard turbos.

Are these codes for Lambda sensors on the exhaust or elsewhere?

Yes,you have 2 O2 sensors on each bank. One bank is on the right side of the car and the other on the left. You have an O2 upstream of the CAT that monitors mixture and a downstream that monitors the CAT's efficiency.

Do we know which exact 02 sensor is faulty?

Assuming that the O2 is faulty after everything you've described is the biggest mistake you can make. They rarely go bad and in most cases there's another problem that causes an O2 fault. Most part changers will make that mistake and replace the O2,only to realize it wasn't the problem and they're 250$ short.
I'd start with the tune and/or installation. What tune do you have? Contact Kevin at UMW,everyone has only good things to say about his tune.

I would check all the connections first...could simply be unplugged or dirty.

These codes are for secondary post-cat O2 sensors, not the primaries IIRC
