Default Coolant Breather Hose HELP

Replacing 2 seeping radiator hoses and ran into a dilemma.
As you will see below the original part was held on by hose clamps on both ends - easy enough.
The new part directly from Porsche has a joining socket on one end and before I break anything I wanted to ask here if I need a female joining socket on the coolant line running in the wheel well also. The part number is 99610613778 for reference.

Original hose - clamps hold both ends - straightforward

Well - decided to just pull the plastic piece out and reuse hose clamps since I couldn't find an answer
