i sure wouldn't want to count on the durability of any cab that has a roll bar internalized. first i'd ever heard of it. i have a tequipment bar, and hope i never need to test it obviously, but anything less than that i'm not sure i could "trust" being upside down and relying upon to keep that a pillar section intact while being under it. ack.

Get a Stick
If you really want a stick, get a stick. Seen it too many times, people settle for a Tip and regret it later... Also, get ready for the " OOO but its not a stick" comment from enthusiasts at car meets if you participate in those types of events.. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with your search, you will love the extra power regardless, especially coming from a NA 911.

Miata...lol! Even Peter Griffin states the obvious, the Miata isn't a sports car.
For those of you that might not know, Peter Griffin is a character in comic series Family Guy.

If it does quality as a "sports car," it is clearly going to be at a very different extreme of the definition of the term from a 996TT.
And I definitely wish the 996TT shifter felt more like the Miata one...

Personally though, a sports car should have power, doesn't have to be Porsche Turbo power but the Miata isn't exactly a fast car. It does however have everything else a sports car should have...balance, nice feel to it, nice steering etc.
Imagine if Mazda went nuts and gave it 300-350 hp...talk about fun and fast little rocket.

Lemme get this straight then. You want our help to circumvent the rules of the board b/c your too cheap/unwilling to pay 20 bones to the board? Good luck with that strategy. The mods should have all ready hit you with the ban hammer.
