Default Drove a 2017 C4s cab today

Although it was only a 10-12 min ride with a state trooper following for 3-4 of those minutes, I was impressed! Beautiful black with black and bordeaux/black interior. With 420 hp and PDK it was fast and tight in the turns. I didn't go in to buy one, in fact I know little about this model except the bare basics, but its got me thinking about trading the turbo. Yes, I know it's a turbo too. Very confusing. The nav screen, apple play, google maps and all of the updated electronics are engaging to say the least. Why do I need the wide body vs. the C2s? Truly, I don't know except it's wide. Why not a used Turbo or Turbo S is the better question, but man does this one have my attention.

I drove a white example of the same car last weekend. Very nice car and feels to be about as quick as my Turbo. The interior is very nice and the tech is awesome, but I missed the simple analog feel of the 996 Turbo and missed shifting my own gears, even while using the PDK paddles. The example I drove had a $154K MSRP. For less than a third of that cost, I'll keep my car.

I don't fault that line of reasoning at all! The PDK is my favorite by far. Different strokes... The one I drove was 134K but when I got home and "built" one it tipped 150 too. I expected it to feel larger but didn't get that sensation.

I agree, it really didn't feel any larger than my car. That was impressive.
