Me, I bought my car bone stock from a 72yr old guy who owned it for 7-8 years, with all service records. Much higher comfort level than a dealer--at least for me.
UPDATE: I posted a negative review on Yelp last night and boy did it get his attention. He contacted me first thing and promised to make good. If he follows through on his promises I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex / Elite.

Gotta love that Yelp LEVERAGE.

It shouldn't have taken a negative review on Yelp for him to be a stand up guy (which means he's probably not a stand up guy unless he's got a gun to his head).

Please let us know how this pans out.

I know, it's guiness but there's no IPA emoticon!

You all saw the one on a Pelican, right.
Love the color, hate the price.
But at least it's stopping me raiding the kids college fund...

Love the car but the price is way high. It traded hands in July 2014 for 62.5k on eBay with 13,742 miles. I think Adrian who currently owns it may be into it for low 70's. I would offer $80k all day but that's the ceiling which I feel is about a $20k premium for the color which in my book is fair.

Now a $40k premium for a color on a 996 Turbo? I guess the market will speak for itself.

Hmm, that car belongs in The Prestige Thread.

It also screams out for a set of LED taillights.

love the color but just it really doesn't fit the 996TT. It fits the shape of the 964's and earlier, especially the long hoods and it fits the 997 GT3/RS very well, but I feel it just doesn't really fit the 996TT

To me, this car seems like a perfect candidate for one of the large auction houses on a Porsche heavy weekend. Ultra clean, extra low mileage 996TT's have been doing pretty well.

Highest I have seen in US was $78k at Russo & Steele (manual/cabrio) and just this month in Europe $97,000 (also manual/cabrio)... Perhaps it could set a new record !

Saw this car in person a couple years back when it was $70K. Strong money, but the color is really stunning, IMO.
