There are several aftermarket tunes that are undetectable and the ecu will read 0 or 1, giac and fvd are two.
Even if you raise the RL, anything over 6750 will still be registered as type 1/2 errors.
With this particular car I'd run a compression check, if it's clean use the ecu read as ammo when negotiating.
