Getting ready to upgrade the turbo's and swap out exhaust. Got all the bolts loose on both the headers and the exhaust side. Nuts are rusted pretty good.

Found the studs on mcmaster. m8x1.25 30mm long. What are some good nuts to use?

Is there a vendor who sells a complete replacement kit?

Searched through some older threads, couldn't find specifics.

Anyone know anywhere to purchase?

So the kit at ecs doesn't have everything. Sourcing individual washer and bolts.

Here are all the part numbers:

Turbo manifold:

90003103202 Washer
99908405202 Lock Nut
99611121770 Gasket

Exhaust manifold:

99908405202 Lock Nut
90037822709 Hexagon-Head Bolt M 8 X 28

The washers come up anywhere from 5 to 8 dollars for per washer, pretty ridiculous.

Just plug those part numbers into the Sunset website referenced above. Below is a cut and paste of my invoice from Sunset a few months ago with the required quantities of each piece. I replaced the turbo heat shields as they were rotted as well. Only thing not on here is the manifold to turbo gaskets. Forgot to order them and got them through dealer. Don't have part numbers on me.
