Default Anyone regret 2wd conversion?

I have been considering swapping to 2wd, and I am trying to look at the downsides. Has anyone regretted doing this? Does the car spin around like a modded 930 then (i.e. not safe)? Any other reasons not to do it?

Thanks!
Matt

You gotta do it right Matt to get proper results.. There are no downsides but you can't just rip out the fwd, there is more to it than that. Done correctly it is a fantastic mod but budget $5-7K to do it right. If you didn't do the uprights, I bet Chris could set up up for you for under $5K including alignment. The diff is the biggest part of the expense. Take a hop in my car at the track and it'll give you a good idea of what it's about.

Yes do a full GT2 conversion and proper alignment... mine all up was about $5500 with a few extras including Ohlins DFV
