My cneter console lid is having problem staying shut. Ive searched but only found info on the rear latch not the front latch locking mechanism. Basically had to slam it shut and lock it to stay closed. Othersise it seems the latch is moveable but wont keep the console lid closed. Any ideas as to a fix or will it require new latch micro switch and removal of center console?

I guess you're talking about the lid between the front seats. I noticed that mine is a bit flimsy as well : I need to press on it a bit harder than what would be expected to close it (but it does stay closed). Not sure if it's normal, maybe some other guys will chime in.

Mine is the same. I almost never open it so it is no big deal for me.

Mine opens and closes easily but never use it, will check it out more closely later today.
