i agree with most sentiments that suggest it doesn't look quite right on a sliver car? and if done i would do all the martini striping hood etc as in these pics. then i think it does work, but just the rear 1/4's alone? not so much. but i surely understand wanting to change up a silver 996 tt so one can find it in a pkg lot! i cant stand how "common" my car previously looked and i just drove past about 3 SILVER pcars on mulholland yesterday and they thought, hey, here's a guy trying to make his car LESS silver lol
i would go ALL or nothing on the martini? but i give ya props for changing it up, and agree that what YOU like is all that matters.
the wheels tho... lol. not so sure about that red contrast. but whatever. nice work! and smart collection of cars in the garage

While I like each of the parts seperately, personally I'm not feeling the finished product, just does not seem to go. If you are happy with it then who cares, rock it!

1. It is very cool that you are customizing your car.
2. Although silver on black is a very classic color scheme for a German car, I think they cry out for customization. And that is not just applicable to Porsches.
3. When done correctly, a modded silver German car looks badass. The classic part of the equation creates an impression of underlying power and legitimacy as opposed to just looking boy racer.
4. You're not yet to badass.
5. But, the comments on here will get you there.

I like the stripes and accent colors, but I think by going over the arches it breaks up the lines / curves a bit too much and looks a bit busy. Have you thought of going with the Martini side stripe only, just above the rocker? Also maybe blue wheels vs the red?

The martini theme on that white 996 turbo looks bad-***.
To the OP, I just don't like how the rear quarter panel turned out. Also I would add a stripe down the center and try copying the 997 TT that has the martini styling. I don't like the wheels, but I would have to see them to make a final decision. I tend to like the GT3 wheels, but it may just not be coming across in the pictures.
