Default DCTMS Paddle shifter steering wheel ordered!

So I pulled the trigger on the steering wheel. Cant wait to get it in my hands to install. Also going to change out the stalks while I am in there so everything looks fresh and new. I will post pics of the install and final product when done. Cant wait!
Also ordered the divertor valves from evolution motorsports to see if that solves my code problem. Next an exhaust and drop the motor to have all my fittings welded in!
Full tune up, then tune! Almost there!!

Cool, an excellent upgrade for a tip.

Well, I sort of just ordered a flappy paddle wheel for tiptronic.

Actually I just ordered the AMG paddles ($100) and a take-off sport wheel on ebay ($140) so I can do the paddle mods myself and still have the original wheel to put the car back to stock. Airbag will be reused....

There is no exchange with them. So I get to keep mine too. I like the flat bottom and the smaller diameter. They are also making it with a different color stitching. Knocked off $100 and free shipping. Great guys! Post some photos when you get done. Their wheel takes the stock airbag.

Oh I love their wheels... Top quality and great looking. I just didn't want to pony up the $K+ as I think the tip might go bye-bye in the spring. But I freakin hate the stock tip thumb rockers as well as the second gear start, so I thought I'd give modding the stock wheel with AMG paddles a try. The second eBay wheel is also to give me a safety net when taking a dremel and knife to the Porsche wheel.

If I'm not mistaken, DCT also uses the AMG paddles on their custom wheels.

No exchange? I thought they required a core. How did you get $100 off and free shipping?

I just wrote them via the web site. I told them what I was looking for. They wrote me back with options. I decided what I wanted and they sent me a paypal payment request and knocked off a hundred and told me they would throw in the shipping too. Great folks!! And no they never require a core. You can keep your old wheel and swap it back if you sell.
Cheers!

Yes I do believe they do use the AMG paddles also. Can't wait!! They did the graphite grey wrap with perforations on the side with a sport grip and orange stitching to match my rotors. Should look good.

So I know it's a bit tacky to talk price, but about $1,200 for the paddle versions with a few options?

I've been on the fence about getting one of these myself, sans paddles. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on everything!
