How do you get the calipers refinished? Who does this kind of work? I'm thinking about getting a couple of my wheels refinished -- do wheel refinishers typically do calipers too?

Nice looking TT. I have occationally had the startup rattle. I switched to Rotella T6 oil, which has a high Zinc content. It has helped a lot with the rattle, very rare now.
Also for those wishing to restore their calipers, I had good results with the G2 caliper paint. Very heavy duty, and the standard red paint is indistinguishable (to my eye, anyway) from the factory color. I later found out that they will color match to Guards Red, or any other color for added cost.

Or you can do them yourself. Just sand them down and use the stuff at pelican parts or vht spray paint. I considered having them powder coated, but it was too much work removing them and too much downtime, and I would need to send them off somewhere, for not much better results. You would really have to inspect them to tell the difference. Its held up great over 2k miles and look as good as the day they were applied.
Btw I like the workspace. The car looks great under those lights.
