Default Wife just complicated things

With all things considered my post reflects just how ridiculous I am and just how awesome my wife is. (I mean seriously this is the biggest issue I'm facing right now I feel like a spoiled brat). So here's the question.

My wife says babe I "really like the white ones" This whole time ive been searching for blue, green, and gray ext colors and hadn't even considered white. The more I look at the white ones the more I like it as a color. I've never owned a white car they have always been black. Just looking for those with white, or those who like white 911's and what you like about the color on this car.

Hah, you have no idea how much she's complicated things if you're goal now is only white. Cause they are unicorns in the 996 generation. Expect to pay a premium if you come across one.

I'm probably the only one here that thinks its not a good color for the 996tt= think upside down bathtub lol. I would get the color I liked best because while the white is hot now who knows about next year.

Get Cars.com app, define a favorite search for a white 911, add in any other must-haves you & the boss desire to the search parameters. Currently, there are 75 CPOd examples on Cars.com. When one pops up in the price/location/trim level you want - drive it, PPI it, buy it...T

2 of the last 3 cars I had were white. Looks good. Needs more regular washing. Will prolong the search. But, does this car look bad in any color (s)?

Umm...

I have an 2001 TT in Biaritz white. I love it and I get compliments on the color often. The only drawback as other have mentioned is that it does require slightly more frequent washing than other colors.

White was top of my list when I was shopping. I could only find one -- in the Chicago area -- that someone had spec'd with a blue and grey 2-tone interior he was VERY proud of. At the right price, I'd have bought it and swapped to black (as I'm doing on my SY this week) but he thought his unique interior was worth a LARGE premium.

White's are hard to come by. I searched for my car for almost a year and perhaps saw 2-3 on sale. One of them was listed here on this site. Wrapping is a good option if you come across a very nice example, but not in white.

Good luck in your search.

White looks amazing, IMO. I just could not hold out so I got a Black car. Now that I have it I remember why I wanted white. Black has to be the hardest color to keep looking clean.

The more you narrow your search the longer it will take to get one...
