i have always wanted to try the advans! ( and for the matter the g-force also as alternatives to the michis! ) we seem to think alike on these issues lol. but i'm never to the wear marker on fronts at the same time as rears so the tire gods have me biting the michi $$ bullet lol. if there is any saving grace? it's that ps2's are ( ahem lol ) down to about 475 per and the PSS were only 188! hard to move away from michi at those numbers though!

..and re the new OZ! ( is it the legerrra??) i'm dyin to pick up a set of the new 10 spoke job. awesome looking wheel.

almost wish I had 295's for street use on the rear just for the tire availability and COST...315 tire cost jump is painful...almost tempted to go 997TT wheel/tire sizes just to have good/up-to-date street options
And yup the OZ Alleggerita's, OE GT2 sizes.

i couldn't believe it either, but i showed my tire guy and he matched tire rack and i didnt wait to see if it was a typo lol. handed over my $376 and had em mounted.

too bad there are no 315/30 PSS i'd get them without a 2nd thought. the fronts are killer. deeper tread ( though similar ) to the ps2's.

My TT is my daily driver.
Its the perfect work play car.
Have you tried the Rival's. I have them on my car. I do several DE's a year and AX monthly.
Tried the BF Goodrich Rivals on in February. So far they are hanging better than the PS2's.

Mine's a daily driver until the salt flies; then an older LS400. When I sell the lexus someday I'll have to advertise it as "ONLY driven in rain and snow" !

Mine is a weekend cruiser that carries my whole family of 4 at times. It truly is the perfect sports car for the family man. Although my wife says there is too much road noise. The dd is a 12 touareg lux.

Get an exhaust, it muffles the road noise quite nicely

My turbo is currently driven every few nice weekends and my A4 Avant is my daily driver. This is mostly because I'm currently keeping the car 3 hrs. away from where I work and NJ roads suck for the most part so I don't have much of a desire to bring it here. It will be going into storage soon but I'm relocating this winter and plan on having it closer to me to drive on nice days throughout next spring/summer/fall. I think it would make a great daily driver if you don't need to carry much with you and have good parking options wherever you go.

The key is to get a set of those super quiet Hankook tires - get rid of those noisy Michellins!!! Hahaha, I couldn't help that....

Daily drive the Turbo but also have an '04 X3 for winter duties and for hauling around my sons baseball gear.
