I'm staying out of this as I do not drive my car enough to be representative. Find this interesting though.

Default Maintenance

$1800 for a modest DIY Strut update, and $500 for turn signal stalk cluster and for engine bay cooling fan, then a DIY maintenance for 60K service of $100. I think $3K to make it good for a few years with the low mileage of a weekend car.

Just posted this elsewhere, but Ive averaged just over $500 per year since I bought it in 2006. (Its a 2004). Agree, very low miles, but that's it, including tires.....

i dont know what you guys call maintenance vis a vis "necessary" vs "discretionary" e.g. i didn't NEED to flush my trans oil after 20k miles or the motor oil at 3k this monday, but i know I've dropped 5k on the car this month. but there was that little BOULDER i hit lol.

with expungables ( specifically tires, and replaceable wear items...etc etc ) this car runs me at least 5 up to 7.5k a year in average run costs parts/labor etc... and i get DEALS. serious ones.

I change my oil every 5k miles or so, and I flush my brake fluid every two years. Otherwise, I haven't touch any of the other fluids. I'm on my third set of spark plugs (I change them myself).

The only things that have failed that I had to pay for (that is, not covered under warranty) were two front wheel bearings, and the headlight switch. The rest has been elective stuff.

I'm still on my original brake pads.

$1000 - $1500 for tires, mine is a Daily Driver, plus 2-3 oil changes at $100 a pop, and you hit 2K pretty quick but parts don't seem to be too bad, compared to other cars, and if you can do it yourself, 2k should be an easy target to stay under.

Under $1000 first year, nothing foreseen as needed presently. This does not include development of electric Rams... :-)

Default Maintenance

Probably should have two polls- one for the track guys and one for the street drivers. They vary dramatically. I'm a street driver and these cars are reliable with maintenance costs about the same as most other nice vehicles- well except for rear tires!!

well put. i incur tracking costs driving on my local two lane blacktop(s) utterly devoid of stop signs for miles.. so thats a distinction that isn't lost on me, and i agree.

And while you're at it you need to create a list of what your definition of "maintenance" is, because there are lots of varying opinions.
