I was wondering if there were any year models Turbos from 01-04 I should avoid, in terms of chronic problems with particular years.

They are all great the 01 doesn't have a glove box and some say 02 forwards have structural reinforcements some say not lol. 2nd gear pop out can be an issue but supposedly more so in earlier years. Get the best car your budget allows which may be newest or lowest miles= combination of both. Service records and get a good ppi.
