Yes I miss it. No I do not regret selling it. I bought two rental properties and rehabbed them. ~70k cash was spent between the two after rehabbing and every Saturday for the last 6 months. Each place now rents for $775 / month with taxes & insurance running ~$80 for each house per month. I just got approved for a loan of $75k to get my money right back out. a 20 year note will be 508 / month so I swapped my car for 2 assets that should bring in ~1k / month using all bank money.

I go between looking at 996 Turbos and distressed homes daily

I think the homes are going to win for the next few years. I have a 3 year old boy and a 10 month old girl. I want to build them an empire.

I wish more guys would follow your mind set and do the same = great planning! Cars are a lot of fun but for the most part a waste of money like no other save drugs and booze lol. I did the property thing, it pays and now have breathing room to play. Retired at 48 and while I'm not as wealthy as some I'm happy.

Got my car back from GMG on Monday after I returned back from vacation... Finally got it to "pass" smog after calling in a couple favors and got it registered back in the state of California..

Here are some pictures of the car at the GMG open house event from last weekend.
