FYI-
I've done the wastegate springs- and helped another local member do theirs.
It is definitely a DIY job, but there is one trick--- you really need a belt sander, bench grinder, etc. to get the wastegate apart. Not hard, actually simple- but without that you'll struggle.
I did it for Chuck, then we mounted them in the garage and synced the two...took about 3 hours, including BSing.
